Every watch is assembled individually, carefully regulated and checked before it leaves the workshop.

    Select

    Carefully selected components are brought together.

Transparency

Honest about what we do.

We don't manufacture every component ourselves. Movements and parts are sourced from established suppliers, then selected, matched and built into a finished watch here.

What we do is design the watch, choose the components, assemble them by hand, regulate the movement and inspect the result — and let you configure the details yourself.

The value is in the complete process and the finished watch, not in pretending otherwise.

Buying with confidence

Straightforward, once confirmed.

Warranty
Every watch carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — movement, case, dial and bracelet. It doesn't cover accidental damage, water exposure beyond the stated rating, normal wear or changes made by someone other than us.
Returns
Change your mind within 14 days of delivery and return your watch unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund — you cover return postage. Once it's back with us and checked, the refund is processed straight away.
Shipping
Free tracked, signed-for delivery within the UK, with next-day options at checkout. When every component your watch needs is in stock it is assembled, checked and dispatched in 2–3 business days; if a component has to be ordered in first, expect 10–15 business days. If a tracked parcel shows no movement for 10 working days, we'll rebuild and reship it at no cost — no argument.
